VFW Day of Service - May2,2026

BJE - 4/14/2026

The 'Erlangen Toy Run' is a fixed feature in the event calendar for bikers, Erlangen citizens, patients, and their relatives – it has become an institution. Initially, 50 motorcycles would ride to the children's clinic in Erlangen, but today over 1,200 machines take part in the annual procession – from Heusteg to Dechsendorfer Weiher, via Möhrendorf to Maximiliansplatz – lined by hundreds of spectators along the route and more than 1,000 expectant people at and in the children's clinic.
